LakeShore has a variety of employment opportunities each summer. You do not need to have a degree in special education, all you need are skills and passion that are necessary to provide unique and exceptional experiences for our campers.

General Requirements to become a LakeShore Staff member:

• Volunteer at LakeShore for one summer
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a passion for working with children with disabilities

Become a LakeShore Volunteer

Volunteers serve as classroom aides and are essential to LakeShore. A LakeShore Volunteer is expected to work hands on with the campers and aide in classroom activities. Being a volunteer is a great way to spend your summers.

General Requirements to become a LakeShore Volunteer:

• Be at least 12 years of age
• Attend a volunteer training the first day of camp.
